Safety Thru Common Sense

The attached post was prepared by Ralph Newkirk, Foreclosure Division Manager for Real Estate One, our sister company.  In his post, Ralph makes some great points regarding staying safe while inspecting vacant properties.  I thought I would re-post it to the Relocation Review since his advice is solid and applies to both agents that list corporate inventory and Relocation Directors.

You may already take these common-sense steps but whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a newcomer to vacant home inspections, it’s still vital to keep these steps in mind. Be aware of your surroundings and remember the safety tips so future inspections can still be rewarding and something to look forward to. Stay safe and feel free to leave a comment outlining your experiences and any additional advice you may have.  Click here to read Ralph Newkirk’s post.
